Al Tocco In Siena

A good restaurant, the food was good, featuring typical local cuisine. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was good, even at rush hour. The place was clean and welcoming. The prices were reasonable. Recommended, as it's just outside Siena, and also has ample parking.

The restaurant is a bit dated, but the pizza is good. The staff is super friendly and fun.

We were driving through this small town and stumbled upon this random restaurant. It was surprisingly delicious. We ordered three kinds of pasta. The pesto was the best we had in our ten-plus days in Italy. The sauce was rich and juicy, sprinkled with lots of chopped pistachios and pine nuts, and every bite was coated in the sauce. It was so fragrant! The beef stew was Tuscan-style, and also delicious, but not amazing. But the potatoes on the side were so good! We ordered a whole portion. We also had a pasta frittata, which was just like a Chinese frittata, and the portion was huge, leaving us completely satisfied. The wine was also excellent, only 8 or 9 euros for 250ml. I poured five glasses of Roma. 😂 The place was packed with locals, and there was even a child celebrating a birthday. The atmosphere was great, and the waiters were very nice and responsive.

Typical Siena food is very good, the service is excellent and friendly!

A restaurant at the foot of Siena recommended by the hotel, with ample parking. We immediately became friends with Patrizia, who gave us excellent advice and served us very well. We had excellent pappardelle and pici, followed by a tasty and perfectly cooked Fiorentina steak. The wine list was perhaps a little basic, but we were guided to a good Chianti. The price was average for the quality. We will definitely return on our next visit to Siena.

A beautiful and welcoming atmosphere with high-quality traditional cuisine and excellent value. On top of all this, the kindness of the staff is truly noteworthy: helpful and cheerful, they were truly welcoming to our three-year-old. Thank you so much! Kamen um 15h zum Essen und alles war sehr gut . Der Gastwirt sehr entgegenkommend und gesprächig. Die lokale Küche ist hier voll zu empfehlen.

Il ristorante si trova in ottima posizione lungo il tragitto da Siena verso la val d’Orcia. È una valida alternativa per un pasto di qualità senza fare antipatiche deviazioni dal tragitto. Con comodo parcheggio, il locale è dotato di spazio all’aperto utile per chi ha bimbi piccoli. Abbiamo mangiato senza prenotazione durante una giornata di esodo per ponte di festività. Nonostante le condizioni, l’attesa per i pasti è stata ragionevole. Ottima la pasta: i pici si avvicinano ad un prodotto di qualità casalinga, gli gnocchi sono un po’ meno artigianali ma comunque gustosi. Suggeriamo i pici con ragù di cinta senese e funghi, sicuramente la scelta più azzeccata. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
