Very fresh products, rustic environment, kind and knowledgeable staff, the icing on the cake is Nino, the owner, an exquisite and helpful person 😊 Highly recommended place 👌👌

High expectations, unfortunately not fully respected. Fixed menu, which in reality we are not even told but okay, first appetizers with octopus salad, sardines and other types of fish (it was not explained) and mussels, all very good, trio of good spaghetti, on some perhaps too much garlic , for the second course 1 sea bream and 1 prawn each and then a fry to share. The food isn't bad, but it didn't exalt our taste buds, the service leaves a little to be desired, very casual, as they say where I come from, but still friendly people, total price €30 each (including drinks, coffee and sorbet)... it's not a gourmet restaurant, it's not right to go there with very high expectations, the quality isn't bad, but you go there more to eat a lot than to eat well in my opinion. It's not a failure, but I don't feel like praising it like in other reviews.

Real Sicilian cuisine, in a good-natured atmosphere, everything is super fresh, dough, fish, house wine and house lemonade, the boss is a super nice character, a real conductor who directs everything, attentive staff and what to say about Nino, everything was perfect, even the price, to recommend, we will come back.

In questo locale si mangia principalmente pesce, ma è possibile anche consumare piatti vegetariani. Costi proporzionati alla qualità e quantità dei pasti. Eravamo in due. Abbiamo scelto il menù fisso: quattro spizzichi di antipasto diversi (polipi, sarde a beccafico, cozze, ecc.), tre primi piatti da dividere in due (spaghetti al pesto, al sugo di tonno, al nero di seppia), tre secondi piatti da dividere in due (fritto misto, pesce arrostito, gamberoni). C'è possibilità di mangiare dentro, ma anche fuori. Il locale è in pieno centro, a Porto Empedocle alta, ma a due passi da Porto Empedocle bassa. Locale pulito. Davvero ottima esperienza! Da ripetere!

Se vuoi toglierti il pallino di approcciarti con la cucina siciliana sei nel posto giusto. Parliamo di piatti a base di pesce. Il locale e' rustico il servizio e' perfetto tutto nei tempi giusti. Buoni sia gli antipasti che i tre primi classici della cucina marinara. La grigliata ok. Il locale era frequentato dallo scrittore Camilleri. Qualita' prezzo buono.
