Totally recommendable. Great food (not only the spaghetti, but also all other fresh pasta dishes) and really friendly and accommodating staff. It’s open until a bit later than other restaurants around. We came again the next day, right after we had our first meal here, which is rare.

Slow service, waited 40 minutes for food in an empty restaurant The carbonara was good, could have been a little more seasoned but the aglio olio was completely bad, just spaghetti with oil and about two slices of garlic We won't be going back there again

We were eating here yesterday, and probably the best restaurant we have been to in alghero, food was amazing, staff spoke english and was very kind and my friend even got food prepared off the menu. :)

Definitely worth a try! The place is very formal, the staff is friendly, and the food is excellent. The first courses are delicious. We'll definitely be back.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while strolling through the historic center. We sat down and it was a real discovery, a culinary experience worthy of a five-star restaurant! Spectacular dishes. We'll be back. Thank you.

We ordered carbonara and culurgiones - both very good, but culurgiones a little small (could be a bigger portion). Staff nice and friendly. Would definitely come back.

We ordered spaghetti allo scoglio and culurgiones (since one of us is vegetarian) and were very satisfied. The staff is very kind and attentive. The restaurant is located in the heart of Alguer Vella, a stone's throw from the spectacular Bastions and the wonderful, lively historic center.

03/06/2025: We were there yesterday for lunch, we ate some very good tortellini with herbs and excellent tagliatelle with wild boar. As a side dish we also asked for some peas, I was told that they were fresh since it is the season but in reality even if they were very good they were frozen. After lunch, if it had not been for Marie we would have been abandoned. We lost the desire to take that beautiful tiramisu that we saw in the dessert display and finally we managed to take the coffees that we did not like. Luckily the cashier delighted our palate with a very good green apple sorbet that was very welcome. This was our experience. We will return anyway. Top location!!!
02/06/2025: Placed in a very very nice context, good dishes and I would say abundant!!! ...I reserve a 🌟 as the external service should be followed a little better, all the tables in the sun with the umbrellas parked next to them closed! The customer must ask to open them!... I would say nooooo🥴

Ristorante Pizzeria Papillon di Obetti Lucia

26/08/2025: This isn't my first time at Ristorante Pizzeria Papillon, and every time is a confirmation! The place is large, clean, and very tidy, making you feel immediately at ease. The service is impeccable and fast, with always friendly staff. The pizzas are truly delicious, but the fish is a real guarantee: fresh and cooked to perfection! And what can I say about the desserts... simply delicious. All at very fair prices. A place I always love to return to and one I recommend without hesitation!
