This restaurant is so good! The food taste delicious and very fresh. The people are very friendly and they speak english. It was our first visit to a restaurant in Italy and we have such a good memory. We will be back next year. I strongly recommend.

Excellent restaurant. A vast and high quality menu, dishes always well presented. Excellent pizza. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Speed ​​and efficiency!

Good. The pizza, meat and appetizers are truly satisfying. Punctual, informal and friendly service. Spartan environment. A reliable place even if without peaks. Prices are a little higher than other alternatives that I found more interesting in the city.

A really lovely place. You'd never guess from the outside that there is a large, beautiful, roofed garden area in the back. Great pizza, friendly staff. Looking forward to return.

Restaurant that satisfied us in every way. Very welcoming atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. Really good food with peaks of goodness for the porcini mushrooms. All courses were of a very high standard in taste and flavor but the entrecote steak with buffalo scamorza and porcini mushrooms was fabulous. Highly recommended.

Il locale è interessante, tra un ristorante tradizionale ed una trattoria tipica. Scelta di prodotti locali, con una cucina buona ma prezzi un poco troppo alti rispetto al locale ed alle aspettative. La qualità non è indifferente, con un servizio adeguato.

18/08/2024: Restaurant in a large building the owner was super pleasant and gave very good advice, we had a ham dish and a swordfish carpaccio which was very good then a dish of pasta with shrimp and pork with tomato reduction and a sauce which was truly to die for I just loved it!!!
18/08/2024: I was in this restaurant for dinner on 08/18/24 with friends. I ordered a mixed starter of cured meats and a first course of Maltagliati with their characteristic wild boar pork. To drink we ordered a bottle of red wine (all the wines they have are from their own production). I found the quality of the food excellent and the portions generous. The service was quick and very helpful. I found the bathrooms clean and tidy with everything needed for hygiene. The location is truly fascinating with a very large garden and in the summer it is also possible to use the swimming pool. Good value for money. Owner kind and available for any information. I highly recommend trying it.

11/06/2024: Local outside the town of Calcata, a few minutes away. Very good starter, TOP cold cuts platter, the herring was also very good. For starters, tagliolini with asparagus is highly recommended. For the truffle earrings I don't dare but I'm well used to truffle flakes so.... The wine choices are excellent. Sweets are not their strong suit. Overall, the price is excellent, €50 per person with wine.
04/06/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo dopo aver visitato Calcata, inutile dire che il proprietario si è mostrato di una in gentilezza e cordialità unica si è preoccupato prima di arrivare di chiamarci per dire che non saremmo stati in veranda come richiesto perché il tempo era un po freddo. Avevamo letto alcuni commenti sul menu un po ristretto nella scelta ma devo dire che abbiamo preso diversi piatti e tutti erano super super abbondanti e di ottime materia prima oltre ad ordinare un piatto di pasta al sugo (non presente sul menù) che è stata fatta per il bambino e non fatta pagare. Siamo stati benissimo sia nel mangiare e che nell’ospitalità oltre alla pulizia ( mia moglie ha riscontrato nei bagni addirittura servizio assorbenti non scontato da trovare) insomma in sintesi esperienza eccellente.
