Personally, I like the format—good, well-made coffee—but the 5 o'clock position is lacking precisely because of the attitude of many of the staff. If you do this job, which is certainly demanding, a smile and a welcoming attitude are essential.

More than a café-bistro, it has the characteristics of a self-service restaurant. The dishes are served on paper and plastic tableware. Upon entering the establishment, given its elegance, I expected to sit at a table and be served a good coffee in a small cup. Instead, I had to queue to get a paper cup like those from vending machines. The consolation is that I drank it in a nice, informal setting, enjoying a relaxed atmosphere.

The piadinas are simply spectacular: incredibly delicious and, above all, beautifully packed with ingredients, just as they should be. Every bite is packed with flavor, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients used. Another strong point is definitely the staff: extremely kind, always smiling, and ready to offer advice. A truly five-star service that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, I always come back!
