10/07/2024: I stayed at this Hotel for two nights last weekend, and it was very nice. The room was comfortable, the food was very good, and the location on Lake Como is spectacular. However, that is not why I am writing this review. At the Milan airport on the way home, I realized that I had left behind a silver necklace of personal significance in my room at La Darsena, a hotel in Lake Como, Italy. I called the hotel that evening after arriving back in London, and after a short search, they returned my call to say that they had found the necklace. Less than 12 hours later, my lost necklace was back on my neck. The service and support from the staff at La Darsena was exceptional, and I was able to retrieve an object of significant personal value. Thank you very much to all the staff at Hotel La Darsena!
