Silvia (my wife) took me to this restaurant, which she's been going to since she was a child.
It was love at first sight:
1) The tigelle and gnocco fritto (fried bread) and the mixed cured meats and cheeses were excellent.
2) The first courses were excellent and plentiful.
3) The restaurateurs were kind and professional.
4) The view of the hills was fantastic.
For a Roman accustomed to eating at osterias, it's the best place to spend some quality time.

A spacious restaurant on the Reggio Emilia side of the Secchia River, between Castellarano and Roteglia. Ample parking is available at the entrance. A very positive note: the entertainment program for small children allows them to enjoy hands-on activities while parents can dine in peace. Highly recommended for families with children. A lovely summer terrace with plenty of tables overlooks the river. The setting is modern, with two large dining rooms; the service is polite and welcoming. The menu is traditional Emilian, of reasonable quality. The dishes are good and reasonably priced—nothing exceptional, but good value.

Lunch for three on a Sunday. Quick and professional service.
Simple but clean place.
Quality food. They cater to intolerances (gluten-free tigelle). Good value.
We had tortelloni (good and plentiful), gnocco, and tigelle with cold cuts, cheese, and stew.
I recommend it.
