Trattoria al Rio has maintained its authenticity and authenticity over time. I returned after 20 years, and my partner and I stayed one night. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The location is strategic, both for visiting the Abano spa and for visiting Arquà and the surrounding hills. The food is top-quality, especially the bigoli, cakes, and wine. Furthermore, Emilio, the owner, is very kind; I wasn't feeling well, so he brought chamomile tea to my room. The price was extremely competitive for both dinner and accommodation.

Trattoria specializing in grilled meats, especially Maremmana beef. The meat is truly delicious, tender and flavorful thanks to the aging process. The red wine in bulk is equally good (Cabernet). The staff, mostly young, provides quick and friendly service. Excellent prices.

31/01/2026: Wonderful dinner. Impeccable service, attentive, present, and never intrusive. Truly excellent, carefully crafted, and balanced dishes. Special mention for the gluten intolerance management: one of the guests present was gluten intolerant, and the kitchen adapted the entire tasting menu without any problem, offering high-quality alternatives and without making us "give up" for anything. We will definitely be back.
