It's not the first time I've had lunch at this place. If you are looking for a place to taste real Calabrian cuisine, this trattoria is a must. Welcoming and familiar atmosphere, kind and helpful staff, but above all extraordinary dishes that enhance the flavors of tradition. The starters are a riot of local specialties: soppressata, capocollo, aged cheeses and homemade preserves. All accompanied by an excellent selection of local wines. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended for those who want to taste the real Calabria!

We went on Saturday evening with the family to enjoy a good pizza, the dough was really excellent and very light, the homemade dessert was also excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, we will definitely return

11/01/2025: Bed without breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms, unfortunately it is not possible to have breakfast, at most you can use the coffee machine located at the base of the stairs. The owner very helpful and kind. The location is convenient both for reaching the sea and for visiting the surroundings, except that you necessarily have to travel by your own means. The prices are excellent. Advised.

13/01/2025: One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten in. I would recommend it to anyone, tourist or local. The place is very nice, tidy, well furnished and with a wonderful view. It is structured on several levels, between a platform overlooking the sea and a top floor terrace overlooking the sea and all of Scilla. Obviously the menu is almost entirely fish-based and it is all excellent. We ordered a seafood appetizer consisting of 6 different tastings, easily divisible for 2 people. Followed by two first courses: trofie with seafood and paccheri with swordfish with olives and capers. All very good. The staff is very kind and very professional. I recommend booking about a week in advance to have the chance to occupy one of the best tables on the terrace, attached to the railing.
02/11/2024: Overall, pretty disappointing. We waited over 40 minutes for the food to arrive. They clearly had more tables than they could handle. The food itself was not bad, but it was pretty average and the portions were quite small. The salad was especially disappointing, it was literally just a bit of lettuce and they brought a bottle of olive oil to season it with. The restaurant also only had one bathroom for which there was a line the whole time we were there. At the end, they rounded down our cheque from 62 to 60 euros, which was a nice gesture.
