Al Re dei Cuochi In Roma

We were looking for a Chinese food place in the area and tried this place for the first time. We therefore chose Chinese cuisine (despite the possibility of choosing from the Japanese menu). It was all very good, tasty and plentiful. We chose the à la carte formula and did not have the opportunity (because we were full) to try the Japanese cuisine. Income statement (€15 per person calculating first course, appetizers, drinks). Definitely a place where I would return for informal dinners.

I happened to go there for lunch in June and I had a great time. In addition to the food, which was excellent (I did the all you can eat formula), and their kindness (in particular, if I remember correctly, Mr. Antonio is truly a sweetheart), the thing I appreciated most about the restaurant was the peace you breathe. All the other customers were talking in low voices and there was soft Asian music playing in the background. I would even come back for a nap 🤣

Not bad if you eat Chinese, but don't ask for European dishes because they will try but.,.. No
