We were on vacation in Assisi and looked for a pizzeria that made Neapolitan pizza. I'll start by saying that I'm Neapolitan, so I love traditional pizza. The place was simple but warm. We had appetizers with seaweed pizzas and potato croquettes. Then we had two pizzas: a capricciosa and a pizza bouchet. The appetizers were good, although I imagine the seaweed pizzas were pre-cooked frozen. The pizzas, on the other hand, were spectacular: soft. Full of excellent quality ingredients, and above all, authentic Neapolitan pizzas. I returned to Naples for an hour. Everything was excellent and plentiful. The only small drawback was that we waited almost an hour for the appetizer and the pizzas, but I noticed that in addition to their regular customers, they also did a lot of takeout. It's a shame they're far away, otherwise I'd be a regular.

We were in this pizzeria on the 27th. First of all, we hadn't booked and were immediately seated. The staff were very helpful, kind and qualified, especially the waitress who was concerned about my daughter who wasn't feeling very well.

We started our meal with mixed fried fish and French fries, crispy and tasty. For our second course, we chose the Margherita pizza and the gluten-free Perugina pizza, along with the gluten-free fillet steak and mushroom pizza. Everything was not only delicious, but also beautiful to look at. A truly enjoyable experience, one we'll definitely repeat.
