Al pruneto In Bastia umbra

An extraordinary culinary experience! I recently visited Pizzeria Al Pruneto in Bastia Umbra and was absolutely enchanted. We ordered two pizzas: a Filetto and a Capricciosa, and each was a true work of art. The Filetto pizza was a triumph of simplicity and freshness, with an incredibly flavorful tomato sauce and flakes of buffalo mozzarella so creamy they melted in your mouth. Fresh basil leaves added a final touch of fragrance. The Capricciosa was equally perfect, with high-quality ingredients like prosciutto, mushrooms, and artichokes blending together in a truly balanced mix of flavors and textures. The dough deserves special mention: light, digestible, and with a high, perfectly airy crust, just like in the best Neapolitan tradition. The cooking was also impeccable, with just the right amount of burnt spots that give it that unmistakable flavor. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service was quick and very courteous. If you're looking for a pizza that will leave you speechless, Al Pruneto is the place to go. An experience you definitely won't want to miss!

I honestly don't understand the negative reviews for this pizzeria. Authentic Neapolitan pizza with quality ingredients. The service is fast, and the waitresses are very kind and attentive. We ate a lot, but none of us felt weighed down. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality of the products.

We tried this pizzeria on the recommendation of a friend and were truly satisfied. The selection of gluten-free options was impressive, with delicious options for every course. Service was a bit slow, but the staff was attentive to our needs. The food was really good, and we appreciated the care taken in preparing the gluten-free dishes. We'll definitely be back!

I dined there two nights in a row. The food was high-quality and, above all, AIC-certified. We ate very well, and the service was impeccable.

Nice place... with outdoor space, very good pizza, both regular and gluten-free. It's a shame about the €3 surcharge for a gluten-free pizza! Excellent pizzas, congratulations!!

Neapolitan cuisine with gluten-free options Gluten- and lactose-free pizza; I found it a little heavy for my taste, but still well-made and with good ingredients. Service was decisive, not very friendly, but friendly and quick. The red-haired girl was more generous with her words and more communicative. The atmosphere was very noisy this evening: screaming children and distracted parents... It was difficult to talk to other diners... but in small spaces, that's okay.

Sono stata a cena in occasione di un compleanno ,locale molto accogliente è stato ricreato un ambiente con tanto verde che rende il tutto più piacevole.cucina partenopea e non ,eccellente,.Prodotti di prima qualità, la pizza mi è piaciuta molto complimenti al pizzaiolo, per non parlare dei frittini tipici come la montanarina. Ottima accoglienza e devo dire che la titolare è sempre attenta a tutto in sala ,è stata molto carina nel momento del taglio della torta creando la giusta atmosfera. Stra consigliato...
