We dined here last week and were pleased with our food and service. We walked up without reading reviews, and have no complaints. The service was fine, food was tasty, and we even ordered dessert (tiramisu). As it was busy, we could not get a table outside, so we dined inside. Not sure if the owner waited on us as a result, but we were satisfied with service.

I don't understand why the restaurant has such a low rating... The food is very tasty, the oysters were fresh and tasty for the first time in my trip to Italy. The octopus salad was fantastic. The service is better than average for the historical part of Rome. I recommend it.

When I entered the store and looked at the rating...1.4! ! I thought I was going to get bored, so I had one pizza, water, and beer. It's true that the service was terrible, but I was never disappointed, and the man was pleasant.

Pizza was absolutely delicious as was the pasta with garlic and olive oil. Waiters were very lovely :)

We ate outside in a pavilion. Not suitable for non-smokers. Smoke remains in the pavilion... Food itself was very tasty. A tip is already added to the price (10 percent). So please don’t accidentally give an “extra” tip 😃

We went to eat, the food was very good, but the lasagna was poor, the rest was very good, the waiters were normal, the coffee for those who like it big is good, but expensive. Be careful, the tip for service is €1.5 per person, but BE CAREFUL, they shamelessly ask you for a tip, and don't leave without paying it because they follow you, because we don't need anything to enjoy.

30/04/2025: The only saving grace for this restaurant was the Gelato. Its 3€ for 2 scoops in a small cone. We enjoyed the Gelato so much, we came back on another day on our trip to Rome. The 2nd time we came, we also bought food... we ordered salmon, spaghetti, meatballs, and pizza. Salmon came with squid - but both were really bland. Spaghetti was very salty. Meatballs were okay.. and the pizza was hard and rubbery. If you come here - Gelato was delicious and a great price! Otherwise, I'd skip it.

Kosher Bistrot

15/09/2024: Kosher Bistrot, located in the heart of the Jewish quarter of Rome, is a bar/restaurant that offers a quiet environment where you can stop and eat. The location is excellent, ideal for those who are exploring the area and want to take a break in a welcoming place immersed in history. However, the dining experience did not quite live up to expectations. I tried the cappuccino, which is served in a really large cup, but unfortunately the flavor was rather disappointing, with a weak coffee and not particularly creamy foam. The toast I ordered was also average: nothing special, with standard ingredients and a fairly simple preparation. The point that most affects the evaluation is the prices. Considering the quality of the food and drinks, the costs are quite high compared to what you get. Of course you also pay for the central location, but I expected a higher level in terms of the quality of the menu. Overall, Kosher Bistrot is a good place to relax and take a break, but if you are looking for an exceptional dining experience, it may not completely meet your expectations, especially considering the prices.
