An average restaurant, but unfortunately, it didn't leave any particular impressions. The tagliata didn't live up to expectations; it's hard to even classify it. Basic service, pleasant atmosphere, two rooms, one more welcoming, the other less so... overall, the experience was rather unimpressive. It's a shame, because there are definitely better options in the Orvieto area.

Great restaurant! The menu is consistent with the area and local traditions. The first courses were excellent, especially the tagliatelle. We really appreciated the quality of the pasta and its cooking. The service was fast and friendly. Reservations are recommended, as the place filled up quickly. Although the town is small and easy to navigate, the restaurant is conveniently located. A good choice considering the quality and price, even though ours was a quick and simple lunch.

Delicious dishes: truffle fondue, cocoa tagliatelle, strangozzi alla cinta, and stuffed pigeon; all highly recommended. Professional and friendly waiters. Fair value.

Last Tuesday, we dined at this restaurant located in the historic center of Orvieto. The spacious and pleasant atmosphere serves traditional Umbrian cuisine. After choosing a wine (Salto nel Buio 2021, a pure Cabernet Sauvignon from Tenuta di Morciano), we began with strangozzi with artichokes, pancetta, and Norcia pecorino cheese, and an Orvieto antipasto (a mix of bruschetta, local cured meats, and cheeses), both delicious. We then moved on to oven-roasted pigeon stuffed with hazelnuts and shortcrust potatoes, and cappelli del carbonaro (tortelli) with crispy pancetta, both equally delicious. Finally, desserts included a crumble with Chantilly cream, puff pastry, and raspberries, and a cinnamon-baked pear with hot chocolate and a shortcrust pastry basket, both delicious. A bottle of water and two coffees rounded out a lovely dinner, bringing the final bill to €118.50 for two, which is considered fair. Recommended.

Near the magnificent Orvieto Cathedral is this fantastic restaurant, boasting a very unique and welcoming location. Inside, the restaurant is extremely well-finished and beautifully designed. Everything we were served was excellent, homemade, and delicious. I recommend it to anyone visiting Orvieto.

A very elegant place. The ornamental plants dominate, lending a touch of elegance and relaxation to the restaurant. The dishes are meticulously crafted, and everything is of excellent quality. The service is fast and precise, and the staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend it.
