The pizza was good, but the service was always so slow. It took us 40 minutes to get a dessert that never arrived. We got up and went to the register to pay, and they'd just taken it out of the freezer... Luckily, they didn't charge us for it.

I don't know why this restaurant has an average rating of only 3.9. It deserves at least 4.5. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The service was excellent. I'd be happy to go back.

31/10/2025: I went to Il Muretto for a business lunch. The place is welcoming and quiet. The waitress was very kind and empathetic. We enjoyed excellent homemade testaroli with pesto, roast beef, tripe, and sides of baked potatoes and porcini mushrooms. All washed down with an excellent house red wine and a sparkling white. The waitress was kind enough to serve us like regulars, even though it was our first time there. Desserts and coffee were less than 15 euros per person. I highly recommend everyone to visit Il Muretto and try what's featured every day as their daily selection.
