Family lunch with reservation, already had lunch in the past and were very satisfied for this reason we went again. In my opinion, the portions need to be revised, they were small, a little food should be added for someone who only chooses one course, it's really not much. The quality can be improved. The fairly organized service could be improved. Lovely place, I would suggest an area for children since there are donkeys and goats. The road on the Preone side is not better maintained than the Sella Chianzutan side

Exquisite Carnic cuisine in a rustic setting, surrounded by the beautiful Preone Valley. For me a must since I have been coming here since I was a child, and even today it is definitely worth a visit to enjoy a superlative lunch in the open air. Just pay attention to the road: going up to Val di Preone is not accessible to all cars.

After the excursion along the entire path of the Arzino Waterfalls, there is nothing more satisfying than walking along the asphalt road in the middle of the valley that leads to this place, and having a genuine lunch to recover your energy!
Also accessible by car although the road ahead is a bit narrow, the place offers a fairly large uphill/downhill car park which must be done with caution and patience.
Refreshment options also available for bike and motorbike enthusiasts. Reservations are always recommended, even if for two people venturing on foot, they usually always make a mess.
For large groups it is better to call.
The service is slightly slow but justified by the fact that it is still in a friendly place, where it is assumed that customers do not go there in a "hurry to eat".
Typical Friulian cuisine, everything is good and above all unique flavors regarding the cheeses and cold cuts.
Homemade desserts from Tiramisu to Strudel. I attach photos of the Cjarsons filled with raisins, bitter cocoa and meat in melted butter, smoked ricotta and sprinkled with cinnamon and the house Frico with potatoes and polenta.
There's really nothing to complain about about the dishes, just to enjoy them. I just recommend not to overdo it with your orders as the dishes are very substantial and caloric enough to fill your belly. The view from the surrounding meadows is beautiful!

Per raggiungere il posto si deve fare un percorso stradale bruttino quindi da fare molta attenzione, è stretto e in salito su strada dissestata.
Si mangia bene, il prezzo corretto.
Un po’ di “furbizia” nel servizio.

Posto incantevole situato in una posizione tranquilla e serena. Accolto da personale giovanissimo, molto gentile che trasmette empatia, ci si sente ben accolti. Piatti semplici ma perfetti, anche una semplice verdura cruda è genuina. È sempre un piacere andarci e se arriva uno scroscio di pioggia la tettoia in legno protegge benissimo
