The restaurant is very spacious and offers plenty of outdoor seating, which is its strong point given its location at the top of Monte Berico. They're certainly taking advantage of their strategic, touristy location, as the prices are certainly not cheap. The food didn't strike me as anything exceptional, but rather average, something you'd find elsewhere.

We booked a Sunday lunch for five people. When we arrived, shortly before 1:00 PM, the dining room was sparsely staffed (it then filled up). We waited a long time for them to come and take our orders. I found the staff to be disorganized, as there was one person in the dining room who was just watching but not taking orders, and the waiters were running up and down the floors, sometimes with nothing in their hands... Anyway, the food was good, but lukewarm, which suggests they're truly disorganized, even in the kitchen. Good prices.

It's a nice place, especially in the summer, with a view of Vicenza from above. In the winter, the chocolate is good, even lactose- and gluten-free. Lots to eat, from croissants, including delicious vegan ones, to sandwiches, cakes, toast, and more. It's always crowded, but you can always find a seat. Friendly staff.

A few months ago, I hiked up Monte Berico and sat down to rest on the terrace of this café. The Chocolate del Peregrino is one of the best I've ever tasted! I highly recommend it to chocolate lovers... and what better way to enjoy it than with this beautiful view of the city of Vicenza and the Italian Alps from their terrace.

03/01/26 While visiting the Sanctuary, given the cold, I decided to have a hot chocolate at this place, and I was surprised...large outdoor space with tables and chairs and a SUPER panoramic view of Vicenza, spacious and clean inside too. A plus is the pastry shop with excellent pastries (I haven't tried the cakes, but they look good), the coffee shop is also good, in short, I liked it.

In a place as spacious as a deep breath, always clear and tidy like a promise kept, a little poem comes to life every day. From distant lands, girls arrive bringing with them smiles that resemble sunrises, a friendliness as gentle as a good wind, and a willingness to transform every encounter into a moment of grace. Together, with humility and attention, they weave different cultures into a single harmonious melody, proving that the world can come together when hearts listen. Behind the counter, the tireless young man adds rhythm and precision, like a star that never stops shining. Thus, in this enchanting place, every gesture becomes poetry and every detail speaks of the simple beauty of human collaboration. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vicenza or the Sanctuary of Monte Berico.

Really nice place so beautiful the overview and i loved the fact that even when it was a big line for order, everything went so fast and good. Respect for it. really nice place to be enjoying the nature a d a good coffee with a variety of choices for desert 😍🥰
