Very comfortable...you won't find luxury, but it's practical.
We chose it because it's easily accessible from the train station.
Friendly owners.
A bit noisy due to its location in the center and lack of double-glazing.
Below the rooms is their restaurant-pizzeria, where we ate well at a reasonable price, especially considering that guests staying there get a 20% discount on food and drinks.
Service was a bit slow, but since we were there to sleep, we weren't in a particular hurry.

We ate here every night because it was convenient. Must reserve even in October, full of locals. Local and typical but not best quality food, medium care in preparation and service. Dough in particular was substandard, some food uncooked by my criteria, both meat and vegetables. Noisy in main room, unable to talk but cheerful, better in small room. Good house wine (Sangiovese).

The restaurant was wonderful, the food delicious, and the staff extremely friendly.
The room was very spacious for three people with a large bathroom. Clean, simple, and very useful. The only downside was that one of the small beds had a slight sag on one side. Otherwise, it was very comfortable, with a coffee maker, kettle, and refrigerator, air conditioning, and blinds.
