The restaurant, located in the Compiano Castle, enjoys a spectacular view of the Taro Valley. We tried the panigacci, cooked on terracotta, served with cured meats and cheeses, very good.

A place at the top of the town, next to the castle, where you can eat simple, well-prepared and very tasty food. At the base of everything, the panigacci: unleavened bread cooked on the fire, like piadina so to speak. Then, exceptional local cured meats and local wines, also top quality. A beautiful view of the Taro valley, very kind and more than helpful staff; a place not to be missed.

Nice place at the foot of the Compiano castle. The panigaccio hamburger with strips of beef and caramelized onion was really good. I didn't know this type of bread with its relatively thin crust but I must say I was satisfied with it. Pleasant environment and friendly waiter.

Simple restaurant in the castle of Compiano, where you can eat grilled meat but above all local cured meats with panigacci, a type of unleavened round bread cooked on red-hot shards, served hot as an ideal accompaniment.

Posto davvero carino all’interno delle mura del castello. Servizio gentile e veloce, abbiamo mangiato sia due primi che i panigacci, tutto buono. La prossima volta se ricapiteremo proveremo le bistecche che sono l’altra specialità della casa. Conto onesto, molto bene.

Abbiamo pranzato qui a Ferragosto. Servizio molto lento, confusione con gli ordini. Sono stati infatti serviti 2 tavoli prima di noi sebbene fossero arrivati e avessero ordinato dopo e quanto ordinato non era poi così diverso dal nostro.I panigacci sia da companatico che quelli bolliti sono molto buoni. Salumi discreti. La tagliata al tartufo non è eccezionale e se dovessi tornare sceglierei magari un primo. Il luogo però è molto bello. I tavoli sono larghi e comodi. Personale gentile.

07/02/2025: The location is located in the heart of Parma, the view of the baptistery and cathedral is priceless… Friendly and welcoming staff, the tortelli are among the best I've eaten 😍😍😍😍
03/02/2025: Very nice and well-kept place, with competent and friendly staff. I can say I ate very well. The cured meats are very fresh, both the first and second courses are tasty. I really appreciated their cotechino, with a not excessively strong flavor. Excellent value for money.
