Fried:
Amatriciano and nduja, delicious. But the carbonaro is unbeatable. It's been years since I recognized the flavor of carbonara, it was truly excellent.
Pinsa:
Innovative, an explosion of flavors. I had the one with pumpkin, crispy chickpeas, mushrooms, and toasted almonds. Absolutely worth trying.
Main course:
A non-vegetarian friend of mine was curious to try the wild boar and LOVED it.
Dessert:
Sachertorte. I'll be brief, eat it.

A little paradise! It's become our favorite place for great food, where you feel like you're among friends, thanks to the warmth, friendliness, and kindness of the owners. In every corner of this small yet grand restaurant, you can see the heart and passion of those who conceived and created it. A huge thank you to Pamela, the master of creations. The fried foods are excellent, the desserts and pinsa are fantastic, and every ingredient is truly chosen with care. Nothing is left to chance. Thanks guys, see you soon!

Very welcoming place. I had fried zucchini flowers and pinsa regina. Both were superb. Pamela and Giovanni are delicious and very friendly. The bathroom is spotless, and since it's—alas—unusual, I felt it was my duty to point it out. I hate living in Milan, otherwise I'd be here often.

Very nice and welcoming place, with very friendly staff.
Good selection of pinsa and fried foods, but I would have liked more choice among the first courses as well.
I understand the decision to focus on a few dishes (but well-made), however, I would consider adding at least one more first course to the menu.
Excellent quality, we'll definitely return.

A colorful, lively place with a truly wonderful atmosphere. We had a great time and ate deliciously. We tried the Neapolitan pasta frittatina (with white ragù) and the fried carbonara. We also ordered two Roman pinsa, the "Autunno" and the "Fabrizio" ones.
Loaded with ingredients, bold flavors—in short, everything was wonderful. We left with full and happy bellies!
