Food: We had pizza and fish. – The pizza dough was light and easy to digest, perfectly cooked without a burnt bottom (something you wouldn't expect elsewhere). – The tomato sauce was very flavorful, with a full and authentic flavor. – The fish was good, with a flavor that gave the impression of freshness, although I can't confirm this 100%. Service: The restaurant was packed, and we had a bit of a wait, but the dining room was very crowded. Despite this, the waiter was attentive, helpful, and courteous, serving us well throughout the dinner. In conclusion, a place where you eat well, with carefully selected ingredients and a pizza made to perfection. I will gladly return.

It's one of the best restaurants in the province of Udine: they prepare dishes from all over Italy with exceptional skill. The quality is astonishing, and the maximum wait time for a dish is only about 20 minutes. I highly recommend it.
