Regarding the pizza served here: - It's a little different from the pizza you're used to finding elsewhere; - You might have to wait a bit; - It's very good. The quality of the ingredients and the preparation justify, in my opinion, the slightly higher prices. I was pleased and will gladly return.

I ate a thin pizza but I didn't like it

The best pizza I've ever had in the area...and beyond. Getting my teenage daughter, who hates practically everything, to tell me she wanted more was a shock. I'd bought her a round takeout pizza just to try it (they offer two sizes: a soft round one and a crispy rectangular one). So, out of curiosity, the next time I went, I got one for myself, a rectangular one this time, and I have to say... Oh, she was absolutely right!!!

The service, although it can be improved at times, is quick and efficient, with reasonable waiting times even on the busiest evenings. The real peculiarity of this place, in addition to carrying on the tradition with typical dishes of Friulian cuisine, is the proposal of two types of pizza dough: one on a pan, typical of Abruzzo, and the other on a pan, Roman style. Both doughs are exceptionally good and digestible, thanks to a correct relationship between maturation and long, natural leavening and the use of high quality ingredients. The flavor combinations are well balanced and offer an imaginative variety that satisfies all palates. The prices are competitive and consistent with the quality of the offer, therefore there is an excellent quality/price ratio. In conclusion, Mus c'al Svuale is an excellent choice for those looking for a high quality pizza, with different and digestible doughs. A place that manages to combine innovation and tradition by offering a culinary experience that fully meets expectations.
