I'm honest, I didn't know the place (I wish I had known it before). We were heading elsewhere when a girl we asked for directions recommended “Al mule cojone”. What can I say... it was a CRAZY surprise. Very special cuisine, everything delicious from starters to dessert. Super friendly and professional staff, the waiter was keen to explain to us how each dish had been prepared. Welcoming and intimate environment, a truly UNIQUE experience! I can't wait to go back for Valentine's Day with my boyfriend ❤️ And who leaves you anymore!

Abbiamo cenato in questo locale sotto raccomandazione di alcuni amici. Il locale, nel centro storico di Corato, si presenta come piccolo ma accogliente e con cucina a vista. Il servizio è attento, e veloce “ il giusto” (ci tengo a sottolineare la straordinaria gentilezza della cameriera, una ulteriore nota positiva della serata). La qualità del cibo e delle materie prime è indiscutibile, i primi piatti fatti con materie prime semplici rendono i gusti nel piatto decisi e delineati. Dolci buoni e belli da vedere. Il locale, seppur avendo pochi coperti, risulta un tantino affollato quando è al completo. Ci ritornerò.

Small and welcoming, "Al Mulo Cojone" is the ideal restaurant for lovers of good food! The meat is excellent, the first courses are delicious... not to mention the delicious sushi among the starters! Absolutely an experience to try and recommend!

Caro lettore dammi retta! Prenota subito, fin che sei in tempo, e poi continua con la lettura! Nel centro storico ma facilmente raggiungibile e con diverse possibilità di parcheggio auto nelle immediate vicinanze. E' una bomboniera... piccola saletta minimal, pochi tavoli con una bella mise en place (e un bel dehor per l'estate), cucina e chef a portata di mano, a vista... che meraviglia! I soci, chef compreso, formano la squadra: ognuno alla propria postazione e al proprio ruolo, ognuno sa quello che deve fare e lo fa bene, nessuna parola tra sala e cucina, un'intesa di sguardi perfetta, professionale, nessuna improvvisazione! L'Uovo su 100 5 stelle (e se avesse avuto 30secondi di cottura in più anche 6) La Tartare di podolica 5 stelle Meat Sushi - Cinghiale 5 stelle Tagliere di salumi e formaggi di Norcia 5 stelle Correttezza del cameriere che informa che del vino scelto ha solo un'ultima bottiglia... 6 stelle! Tagliolino al Tartufo 5 stelle La Carbonara del mulo 5 stelle Il pensiero gentile dello chef che fa assaggiare il tagliolino al tartufo a chi ha ordinato la carbonara e la carbonara a chi ha ordinato il tagliolino al tartufo.... va ben oltre le aspettative e non è valutabile con le stelle! Sono piccoli gesti che denotano passione per il proprio lavoro! Tagliata di Manzo 5 stelle...e sono davvero poche! e chi l'ha mangiata... la sa davvero lunga in fatto di cucina e di carni! Soufflè al cioccolato 70% 5 stelle Si nu babbà 5 stelle Tirati sù 5 stelle Ora non dirmi che ti sei deciso a prenotare??? Spera di trovar posto.... hai perso troppo tempo a leggere!

Everything excellent and refined

A real gem in the center of Corato! Very welcoming place, friendly and smiling staff, not to mention the dishes prepared by the chef in the open kitchen. Excellent quality meat and ingredients used. Romantic dinner with my husband, we are a little far away but we will definitely return to try other tasty dishes! If you are near Corato, go there quickly, a paradise of flavours! Top!!!

What can I say... one of the most surprising experiences of the last period.... absolutely worth trying and coming back because you can't try everything in one evening. I tried 3 different types of sushi (cooked) but the raw one looked very inviting. The grilled meat had a softness to the meat I had never experienced... Tradition and innovation, in an intimate and welcoming corner of the historic center of Corato. Excellent raw materials, eyes and palates enjoyed. We decided to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary this way, a choice I would make again without a doubt.

If there had been 6 stars I would have given them all. Non-obvious menu with excellent dishes... truly fabulous. We had a sushi with duck and one with courgette flowers, one better than the other. The chef knows how to work very well with flavors and there is nothing to say. Pasta alla giouannidd SPECTACULAR!
