Excellent! Found by accident when in city. Staff lovely. Let us bring our small paraplegic dog in in his pushchair. Service was rapid and caring. Wonderful varied menu, local dishes, delicious. Local wines great! Charming place, too.

Charming historic venue, friendly and attentive staff. I definitely recommend the monastery's cjalsons, delicious! I would have preferred the creamed cod crostini warm/tepid, not cold...what a shame.

Average lunch. Very nice place, slightly cold service, and average traditional dishes. Unfortunately, I didn't like the sliced ​​meat, and the appetizer was served frozen. Not bad, but I wouldn't return.

A historic restaurant in Cividale serving dishes and traditions from days gone by. A welcoming and quaint place. Many traditional dishes with original flavors. Excellent value for money considering the location.

A truly charming historic restaurant, reminiscent of the magical rural atmosphere of an almost mythological past. I've known it for several years, located near the historic center of Cividale. I visit it especially for Christmas lunches, as it's a must-visit for a family Christmas meal. The menus are always sophisticated and refined, accompanied and served with excellent wines. The staff is attentive and courteous.

Too few stars! I would like to give more... The only small complaint is that the _correct_ phone number was only found on the St. Martin's Day menu taped to the window (the friendly waiter found it right away behind the counter), so the website updates are lagging a bit behind. Go and try it - with time!

It's a beautiful place, and you expect something special from it, but... the food is very mediocre: the beef, I asked for medium, was raw and rare, EVEN after cooking it a second time! The stewed duck was okay, but nothing special, and I didn't like the frika at all. And the vegetables baked in cheese were a nightmare: sour, bitter greens, carrots, and a bunch of cauliflower. Horrible!!! The presentation is okay, but the taste... in general, for charmed tourists and people who don't appreciate food. Never again!!! Bottom line: minus 82€ and a ruined mood.
