The writer has traveled around Italy and abroad to eat pizzas everywhere. With a few adjustments to the room, a painting and a few more plants, it presents itself as a quality pizzeria. Pizza is like a painting, it can be cooked in many ways, there is no standard, as I read in a ridiculous review by a certain Garofalo who compares it to Neapolitan pizzas. Then go eat it in Naples. When I asked how I wanted it, I received availability and courtesy. Short waiting times, they respect all customers and are quick in service. Better than a Neapolitan pizza where you have to wait days between waiting and clientelism. Prof Renato Passarelli, 51 years old, Taranto.

Company and joy at the stars, excellent meat, delicious pizza, among the best in Martina Franca and then many Apulian specialties.

Even though it was late, I wanted to leave the review for these guys who were very kind right from the call to book the buffet for my daughter's birthday. They were punctual in having everything we ordered ready at the appointed time: Sorrento style gnocchi, prepared as if we had made them at home, mixed roast cooked in a wood oven which makes the difference, chips, potato croquettes and panzerottini which served as a side dish to everything!! Everyone was satisfied and above all full!!

Appena all'ingresso di contrada San Paolo a 7 km da Martina Franca. I ragazzi che gestiscono sono molto garbati, il locale è un po' datato ma la pizza ed i panzerotti sono buoni, buono anche il pane di loro produzione

Ritornare “al mattatoio”, ora anche nuovo di zecca, è sempre una certezza. Pizza ottima e personale simpatico e accogliente! Ps: le foto mancano perché la pizza l’ho mangiata prima 😋
