Excellent quality food and the various dishes offered are truly very interesting. Very nice and welcoming place as well as the noteworthy service.

I had dinner with friends in this restaurant which seems to aspire to a Michelin star. We ordered an appetizer, a first course (or second course), and dessert. During dinner I tasted other dishes ordered by diners. I appreciate the effort and the raw materials of undoubted quality but alas, no dish made me say wow. The real flaw was the service: we expect availability and assistance for the entire duration of the meal, such as the availability of at least one person in the room to call for any need, but to order a second bottle of wine we had to get up and look for the staff. We explicitly requested a type of wine similar to the first one ordered but we were offered a totally different product, moreover we had to wait for it to be cooled because it was not fresh. In the meantime the dishes had arrived and we had to eat with empty glasses. This bottle cost a whopping €115, a price that the "sommelier" could also have reported to us given that it was completely different both in price range and type from the wine previously ordered. Scanning a QR code and not having a paper wine list (which we requested) is inconvenient and does not facilitate choice and conviviality among diners. I would suggest a printed wine list and greater attention to service. As far as the environment is concerned, taste is subjective, as is the choice not to use tablecloths. We reported the mix-up when the chef came to the room at the end of the evening and we were given a small discount.

I returned to this restaurant for the second time, this time to celebrate my mother's birthday, and once again the experience was simply impeccable. Since our arrival, just like the first time, the service stood out for its professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. At the request of a person who was not present, the staff organized themselves perfectly to make the evening even more special, demonstrating great availability and care for the guests. The menu is original and offers dishes that are difficult to find elsewhere, all made with great skill and attention to the quality of the raw materials. Each course is a perfect combination of flavors and presentation, a sign of a true passion for cooking. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy a unique gastronomic experience accompanied by impeccable service.

Location particolare ed elegante. Servizio ineccepibile e rapido. Abbiamo provato i bottoni con crostacei veramente ottimi e delicati e la pasta con pollo, finferli e ricci di mare, forse troppo strong. A seguire filetto di vitello con fois gras e un piatto di agnello veramente spettacolari. Dolci buoni. Prezzo elevato, adeguato alla proposta. Fosse stato leggermente inferiore avrei dato 5/5. Comunque bravi.

Piccolo elegante locale in centro al paese gestito da una giovane brigata. Servizio professionale. Menù particolare con nuovi accostamenti anche con sfumature orientali, che spazia in varie direzioni. Ottimo il piccione, utilizzato in toto , nelle diverse preparazioni. Prezzi in linea con quanto servito, a parte le ricariche, che ritengo, eccessive per il vino a bicchiere.
