We went there the first time a bit by chance when they were offering the bagna cauda menu... and from there we went back 3 more times for the bagna cauda and on other occasions. Obviously the bagna cauda is amazing but the rest of the cuisine is also very good, varied and Francesco is always available to make changes to the menu if you don't like something. The desserts are delicious, homemade, reminiscent of grandma's desserts! Now I feel like I'm going to lunch with friends when I come here!

In short, a cooperative restaurant is not a restaurant and that's okay 😉

The « Bar Trattoria La cooperative » is a small jewel of hospitality and authentic flavours. The two owners, with their overwhelming kindness, welcomed us like old friends, surprising us with a delicious bagna cauda, ​​expertly prepared according to the Piedmontese tradition. Followed by the maltagliati with a homemade ragù that seemed to have come straight from grandmother's recipe books: an explosion of genuine and comforting flavours. Each dish told a story of passion and love for home cooking. The family and warm atmosphere made the evening even more special. If you are looking for a place to feel at home and savor heart-warming dishes, this restaurant is a must!

Apulian evening, excellent panzarotti, despite the fixed menu pasta was added. Managers of unique kindness and courtesy make you feel at home. Really great prices. We also returned for lunch, the chef prepared as starters: veal with tuna sauce of an indescribable delicacy, stuffed focaccia and raw meat with a slice of lemon underneath... divine. The first course was agnolotti alle piemontese, very good, we didn't take the second course because we were really full. All superb. I highly recommend.

You spend little and eat wonderfully

Cucina casalinga come una volta ma con un tocco di fantasia, piatti abbondanti e gustosi. Ci si sente a casa e in famiglia con i titolari Francesco e Massimo. Si esce dal locale sazi e felici. Molto apprezzati i contorni a buffet, consigliatissima la pasta al pesto (mai mangiata una così buona) ma soprattutto ci si sofferma alla simpatia dei titolari che sono delle persone squisite, tante carezze a Felipe Consigliatissimo
