I return every year during the summer, and it's consistently the same. Excellent pizza, excellent fried food, with some unique treats (like the fried tripe with pecorino and lime cream—a 10 out of 10!), a spacious outdoor area, and incredibly friendly staff.

Excellent food at a very fair price! It took a while to deliver, as there's a lot of demand, but it was worth it! The portions are larger than most, and the price is much lower! The quality and flavor were amazing!

This is our second time in Grottino. We have tried so many places in Rome and it’s still the best pizza we have ever tried, also lovely homemade wine. Our waitress Aambria was so gorgeous and friendly. We will come back again definitely ♥️ thank you Aambria

Really nice pizza, I tried and enjoyed the ones with pumpkin and anchovies. Can recommend it if you want to try something unusual. Many options of craft beer as well!

Quality pizza, attentive service, slightly chaotic environment. Fair price I returned after a year and I confirm the three stars.. very good fried food, good pizza but sometimes the dough did not arrive crispy. Even outdoors the environment is chaotic. On particularly hot days you should consider using cooling ventilation..

Very good pizza and fried food. In my opinion I would prefer more mozzarella on pizzas in general. Lovely staff and atmosphere.

Nous avons mangé dans ce restaurant un soir de semaine, essentiellement des locaux, salle grande très remplie. Un serveur sympathique et efficace, des pizzas excellentes, des pâtes du même acabit . Une bonne adresse dans ce quartier très sympa.

25/06/2025: A pleasant discovery, good food and courtesy of the waiters
18/06/2025: When things are improvised they always turn out well; in passing we had dinner with friends (from Rome and from Fori). Terribly real food, made express, delicious and abundant. We had a series of typical dishes, 4 first courses and some second courses. The first courses were really excellent, my personal ranking is the following: Maccheroni alla Coda Pajata Carbonara Matriciana We didn't miss out on saltimbocca and troppo but we also had an abbacchietto. Everything was really good, like the company and hospitality of Mrs. Paola who pampered us and reserved a free bottle of Ardito to take home. Thank you, we will be back

06/05/2025: Suggeritoci dal titolare del B&B Vigna dell'Agrifoglio dove soggiornavamo, abbiamo scoperto in questa Osteria tutto il meglio della vera cucina romana... Inoltre la simpatia di Paola, la titolare, e di tutto il suo staff ha reso le nostre cinque cene indimenticabili e assolutamente da ripetere. Praticamente si sta a Velletri ma si respira e si gusta... Roma! Dall'antipasto al conto tutto buonissimo e digeribilissimo. Assolutamente straconsigliato!
12/02/2025: If you're looking for a cozy restaurant that cooks meals that taste like Mama's kitchen, this is the place to eat. They cook classic dishes from the Lazio region. The owner, Paola, is friendly and welcoming, always greeting us like family members. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Velletri.
