simple environment as it should be.
and so far so good...
we are the last ones (9pm) on the last day before the holidays and the owner does not fail to point it out to us as he is almost annoyed by our presence and tries in any way to speed up our exit from the place (which happens at 10pm).. all with the soundtrack of the shutter lowering behind us.
oh well there are days like that.

Accoglienza cordiale e calorosa da parte del proprietario ed atmosfera suggestiva (specie se si è tifosi di calcio).
Qualità del cibo ottima, ho ordinato una pasta alla gricia che ho trovato del tutto sensazionale, arrivata tra l’altro in tempi brevi.
Da provare assolutamente se siete alla ricerca di un ottimo pasto tipico romano, servito in un ambiente altrettanto tradizionale

Here time stopped in 1912, the year the negotiation was opened. Furnishings and style handed down over time... the chef (I think he is the owner) divides his time between welcoming customers, cooking and serving tables, a true Roman all-rounder! If you want to immerse yourself in pure Roman style you are in the right place but... there

The staff was very helpful and extremely kind and courteous, the dishes were very tasty and typical of Rome, the service was very fast and the environment was full of memorabilia from Lazio. We hope to return soon.
