The renovated restaurant is very charming. It's been a go-to place for years for those who want to eat excellent horse meat. We often go for anniversaries and family birthdays. The service is competent and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to recommending portions for large groups. Reservations are recommended.

I went there for a company dinner, so it wasn't my choice (otherwise I never would have gone, since I don't eat horse meat). That said, most of the diners enjoyed the food, and so did I (even though I ate very little). When I asked for vegetables, I was told there aren't any in the winter (well, that's a shame); the only first course options were mushroom risotto (minimum 2 people, so no choice); the second course was an alternative (only 1, and always meat); the appetizers/side dishes (no horse meat) were beans, onions, fries, and horse meat cured meats. Summary: I ate almost nothing, and I'd say I had no choice. Obviously, I won't be returning, but my advice is to offer seasonal vegetables (and they're available even in the winter) and a couple of first and second course options (also meat) for those who don't eat horse meat but still enjoy sharing a dinner with friends/family or work at your restaurant.

An "old-fashioned" trattoria that, despite the passing of the years and renovations, remains a very pleasant and valuable fixture in the cuisine of our region.

It mainly serves meat and is famous for its horse steaks. It has a modest menu but is excellent for those who want to spend an evening with friends. The bill is also excellent.
