Al Grappolo d’Uva is simply fantastic. We enjoyed a glass of Cerasuolo di Vittoria—a rich, elegant red wine from Sicily—and a variety of delicious small plates: caponata, crostini, cured meats, and cheeses, all beautifully prepared and full of flavor.
The cozy, wine-filled setting is charming, and the service was warm and attentive.
Skip the touristy spots—this place is on another level. Come for a glass, stay for the small dishes, and you’ll be planning your next visit before you leave.

A wonderful find offering fresh well put together dishes and a great representation of Etna’s wines. Far superior to some of the bigger venues with wider choice.

We were devastated to only find this at the end of our holiday... 10€ for a half carafe of wine (which was amazing), the best snacks we found, and we sat outside where the atmosphere was great (don't mind the passing cars, it's all part of it!). We didn't want to leave! The staff were amazing and fun (and helped me with my very poor italian!). Would reccomend everyone to make this a regular visit when in Taormina!

A delicatessen wine bar.
Great. We went in hesitantly and were pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and compared to other places, it was very affordable.
