Every time you go, you feel right at home. The welcome and service are excellent, and the food makes you feel good.
Recommended if you want to take a day trip to see the castles in the surrounding towns and stop for lunch here.
It's best to call and book to be sure.
Recommended to come during the different seasons to try typical seasonal dishes.

My wife and I have eaten at Al Gnotul several times. The place is very quaint and exudes Friulian tradition, culture, and hospitality. We've always had a wonderful time. The owners are very kind in their advice and hospitality. They serve simple Friulian cuisine, prepared with great care and simplicity. We've always felt right at home, and this makes us always happy to return. Thank you very much, see you soon.

First time I had dinner I was very satisfied! I was with locals who took me there! Only the bread they bring you 4 different types of water included in the cover charge, a trio of good first courses, super meat, delicious desserts and plenty of them! I recommend it to everyone because it's worth it!

Actually, everything was full, and we didn't have a reservation. But they managed to find a table for the two of us. The service was very friendly, and they even tried to speak German. The food was also very good!
