Well this was fantastic. I went here because of a review about a dog peeing close to a customer. But I didn’t see the dog but I did get fantastic food. Very satisfied and will return soon

Many pseudo restaurateurs, when they are reviewed with 3 stars, are offended and respond piqued. These Lords of mediocrity at very high prices should go and eat the fish at Al Gallo. They would learn what it means to have excellent (and not obvious) raw materials and to cook them in a light but tasty way. They would understand, regardless of taste (I always prefer to eat on a tablecloth which doesn't exist here) how to furnish a place with elegance. What an experience should be offered when the price well exceeds 50 euros (as happens now, especially in the city I come from, Bologna, even in taverns). They would realize that either places like Al Gallo should be able to give 6 stars in the category to which they belong, or their service should be downgraded to 2. I would improve the bread. Chapeau.

Prenoto cena al Gallo dopo moltissimi anni in quanto ne avevo sentito armate molto bene. Il locale da fuori si presenta molto bene, in location storica di pregio, mentre dentro è molto (troppo?) moderno e secondo me un po’ freddo e privo di personalita. Menu un po’ ristretto e con scelte non troppo fantasiose rispetto a altre realtà della zona. Piatti più che buoni, sopratutto impiattamento. Servizio nella media ma che non brilla. Conto alto.
