Wide selection of appetizers, many vegetarian options. The trio pictured was delicious; I had a hard time finishing it because it was so filling. Friendly staff, fair prices. We'll definitely be back.

From the menu you have to choose the house appetizer based on mushrooms because it is constantly evolving. The chef often changes the recipes making it never banal. The variety of dishes of the appetizer is exceptional. It is already enough to stay full. And then the tagliatelle is unmissable, which they cook masterfully.

Good restaurant, local products and quality porcini mushrooms you can find homemade pasta, the appetizers are really tasty, the grilled porcini mushrooms are unbeatable!
The portions are generous and the prices reasonable.
Really worth trying just 30' from Salerno.

Il ristorante Al fungo velenoso è un'istituzione per chi ama i funghi e la buona cucina con un ambiente informale ed attento ai dettagli. Una bellissima scoperta per chi ama i sapori autentici!
Siamo stati da Al Fungo Velenoso e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il locale è accogliente e familiare, gestito con tanta passione da Mena e Cinzia, e si vede!
Il menù celebra i funghi in tanti piatti fantastici. Abbiamo iniziato con il famoso Antipasto alla Teodoro: mallone, zuppa di castagne e porcini, ricotta al forno con porcini, mortadella e pistacchio, gateaux di patate e cipolla ramata di Montoro con provola, tutto preparato alla perfezione.
Come primo abbiamo scelto i fusilli avellinesi con speck, porcini e noci: cremosi, saporiti e abbondanti, davvero buonissimi!
Un grazie speciale anche alle cameriere Rebecca e Lara, sempre sorridenti, veloci e disponibili.

Al Fungo Poilenoso is a must for those who love mushrooms and traditional cuisine! Managed with passion by Mena and Cinzia, it offers delicious and genuine dishes.
The Teodoro appetizer is highly recommended: mallone, chestnut and porcini mushroom soup, baked ricotta with porcini mushrooms, mortadella and pistachio, potato gateaux and coppery Montoro onion with provola… all excellent!
We also tried the Avellino fusilli with speck, porcini mushrooms and walnuts: an amazing first course, tasty and plentiful.
The environment is welcoming and well-kept, the service is fast and very kind thanks also to the waitresses Rebecca and Lara, always smiling and helpful!✨✨
