A very pleasant surprise stumbled upon by chance after a road detour error... we pass in front of this tavern that already smells of welcome and simplicity... inside you can enjoy an atmosphere with a hint of the ancient history of Colfiorito and art (display photos, books)... the dishes are sublime and made with high-quality raw materials... in love with the flambé and the red potato gnocchi... the choice is varied and unique in my opinion... you come in to eat and leave with a culinary experience... everything is topped off by the kindness of the staff... as a true Abruzzese I can only be satisfied and intend to return to visit them as soon as possible... compliments from a good eater 😉

Welcoming place and staff... excellent what they serve... the bacon a little salty, but... everything really special... gnocchi consistency 10 out of 10... just like my mother makes them...!!!

In giro per l'Umbria, io e mia moglie decidiamo di cercare un ristorantino che ci ispirasse fiducia, e cosí é stato..!! Tant'è che ci siamo trovati benissimo, sia per il servizio, sia per i piatti proposti. Torneremo presto, visto che l'Umbria é una nostra passione...!!!

Osteria immersa nel verde per chi di passaggio o per chi del luogo,non lontano da Perugia,locale accogliente ma servizio poco attento alle tempistiche,antipasti poco sostanziosi ma buoni,primi troppo salati ma rustici,vino buono,prezzi medi.
