Excellent restaurant on the main street of Colfiorito.
Local food, and you can taste the care taken in its preparation. The first courses are excellent, but the suckling pig with red wine reduction is absolutely atomic.
Excellent prices, highly recommended!

The appetizers, first courses, and desserts were delicious. It's a shame they can only give it 5 stars. The staff were very friendly, and the background music was a big plus.

I've been going to restaurants for work for 40 years, and I stopped with my family at this osteria in Colfiorito. The rustic atmosphere, attentive service, and good food made with excellent, quality ingredients are highly recommended. Plus, the owner has an English Cocker Spaniel like me; we chatted briefly, exchanging opinions on the breed, so you couldn't ask for more. Everything was truly delicious!

The food was excellent, carefully prepared and with well-balanced flavors that demonstrate attention to detail and passion. The service was equally pleasant: the staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive to your needs. An experience that leaves you wanting to return.

In giro per l'Umbria, io e mia moglie decidiamo di cercare un ristorantino che ci ispirasse fiducia, e cosí é stato..!! Tant'è che ci siamo trovati benissimo, sia per il servizio, sia per i piatti proposti. Torneremo presto, visto che l'Umbria é una nostra passione...!!!

La semplicità di questa trattoria e l'ambientazione piena di storia, vi fanno scoprire ed apprezzerete la ricercatezza delle materie prime di ottima qualità, cucinate sapientemente, con un tocco di personalità, che le renderanno eccezionali.
Da non tralasciare lo staff, sempre disponibile e sorridenti.
