We were looking for a place to eat and I don't know if it was more by chance or luck we came across this lovely tavern and I must say it exceeded our expectations.
Both the potato pie with bacon
crunchy and the pork fillet cooked at low temperature in a potato puree were divine, I tell you that these alone are worth the trip here.
The mixed bruschettas and ravioli with burrata inside and stracciatella and tomato outside are delicious.
The dishes are impeccably presented.

Nice and characteristic place, very kind service staff, but the food is a bit of a disappointment, some dishes are offered in gourmet mode: a mess of flavours, others really nothing special. High prices.

After a long day we stopped for dinner and I must say that from the starter to the main course everything was of excellent quality including the desserts. An experience of flavors that made Manno think of a dish my mother makes. So we returned the following evening to taste other dishes 😁😋 Attentive service, at the right times and friendly too. We ate at the Fontanile a couple of times and had a great time, we ate divinely and we were treated very well, excellent and the price was right too! If we pass by there we will definitely return

Quiet lunch as a couple, we ordered a portion of gnocchi, a portion of pork fillet, a mixed salad, a mix of bruschetta, a tiramisu and tozzetti with vin santo; we divided everything and were delighted! The raw material is spectacular and cooked really well! The mixed salad is theirs and was sweet and crunchy as if it had just been picked. The service was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back 😍

Fontaline is a restaurant in Colfiorito (Foligno) that serves high quality food, with typical local products. Fast service, friendly staff.
Perfect for cooling off in summer and pleasant during other seasons.
