I ate well but with some doubts... ordered 4 dishes: "fusilloni porcini and truffle" good but there was a truffle sauce (not grated truffle as indicated in the photo of the dish) and three fragments of porcini mushrooms. The frico could definitely be improved, too many potatoes and overcooked. However, the Toc in brajde was good as was the tartare. I drank a bottle of Cabernet but nothing special, the house red was better. Portions not abundant, bill average, €100 without desserts. There is no cover charge. Welcoming environment and friendly, smiling service.

The review is for the restaurant, as I have not been a guest of the hotel. The setting is beautiful, the fogolar is in full view as soon as you enter, and then there is a nice room with comfortable tables. The welcome and service are really attentive and the menu is full of tasty options. We chose grilled lamb chops and beef tartare: everything was delicious, including the dessert, a tiramisu made by them. Reasonable prices (there is no cover charge, by the way) for an experience that I will want to repeat. Recommended!

What can I say, wonderful place, delicious cuisine, very welcoming and helpful staff, top cleaning of the room. We took a mini vacation for my husband's 50th birthday, but we will return again. Congratulations and good continuation ♥️

Tutto delizioso! Servizio gentile e piatti coerenti con la tradizione carnica ma anche con un pizzico di originalità, dal toc in braide 2.0 alla carne cotta alla perfezione. Ci torneremo con molto piacere!

Ritornati in questo ristorante a Verzegnis dopo altra esperienza positiva di alcuni anni fa. Personale gentile (ci hanno accolto anche arrivando alle 13.50) e servizio sollecito; piatti ben presentati, con discreta qualità e qualche tocco di originalità; un merito è la presenza di un menù fisso a base di pesce a prezzi accettabili; la location è discreta, con punto di forza rappresentata da un classico fogolar (vedi il nome...).
