I usually go there for the Florentine steak. It's as good as the ones I've had in Tuscany, in fact... it's worth trying.

Excellent trattoria in every way! Warm, family atmosphere, friendly staff! The dishes are prepared with love, and you can taste it right away. We were staying at the Ancora Hotel for a weekend, and not wanting to drive, we walked to the trattoria (five minutes from the hotel). We ordered two first courses (tagliatelle with game ragù and gnocchi with duck ragù) and two second courses of guinea fowl with side dishes. The pasta is homemade and the portions are generous. We ordered excellent house wine. Authentic flavors and impeccable service; we remember a very young blonde and a brunette, both really lovely. The bill was absolutely fair: €70 for two first courses, two second courses, and two side dishes, and I forgot two desserts: a caramel panna cotta and a delicious tiramisu! It's one of those places we've marked on our agenda to return to as soon as we're in the area again. See you soon, Rossella and Tommaso

We ordered Gnocchi with meat sauce, grilled pork chops and grilled chicken and homemade French fries. The gnocchi was amazing, the chicken and pork chops had such an incredible flavor. The fries had the perfect amount of salt. The service was great, they were able to speak English for us and made our visit spectacular. Loved it!!!!
