The restaurant is beautiful, the food is delicious and the people who serve the tables are very good. There are also outdoor tables and when the weather is nice they are ideal.

Absolutely delightful dining experience at Al Duca in Piacenza. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with every dish hitting that perfect balance of authenticity and finesse. I used to work in a Michelin-starred restaurant and gained a wealth of knowledge about what truly knows how to cook.
If I were to walk past this restaurant, I'd unfortunately pass it by. This is partly because the napkins they use have the same pattern as my mother's curtain. It's a beautiful curtain, but personally, I've grown tired of it. It also looks like an average Italian restaurant, but nothing could be further from the truth.
As for the food: it's truly amazing. I can tell the ingredients are pure, and the flavor is paramount. You can taste the real love put into it, not only the final result but also the products themselves. The tiramisu truly lives up to its name; it transports you to another universe.
Also, the waiter who served us was incredibly friendly. It's also great to see that he (as far as I can tell) goes to the gym regularly. Keep up the good work!
Recommendation: Definitely dine here and give these people a star!!

Went to Il Duca tonight. The place is very cute, and centrally located. We were greeted very warmly, and the food was excellent. The gnocco fritto con salumi was truly fabulous, and the pumpkin ravioli with butter and sage were excellent. The service was fast and very friendly.
The price was a little above average, but we were really satisfied.
I definitely recommend it.
