Finally genuine cuisine without many frills, few dishes but well made with fresh ingredients and many grown by the owners, very kind people always with a smile, abundant dishes and low prices reminded me a lot of my grandmother's cooking, homemade desserts.

We went with friends who knew the restaurant and had been talking about it for a long time... and rightly so. Quality food, authentic, excellently cooked.... the pennoni all'arrabiata....the best I've eaten in my entire life. Friendly and familiar service

29/04/2025: Very nice wine menu selection. The pollo e tachino polpette was molto delizioso. Francesco and Barbara were very patient with us since we non-parlare Italiano. This is one of our favorite places in Rome. Every Americano should stop by here during your Roman Holiday.

30/07/2025: A bar across from the square in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. I tried the maritozzo, which I highly recommend; the cream was truly amazing! The staff were friendly and quick.
28/07/2025: Twenty-five of us arrived at 3:00 PM, and even though they were about to close, they welcomed us and quickly fed us. They offered us coffee and dessert, and we were able to pay easily with our Jubilee vouchers.
