We visited this restaurant for our anniversary. The staff welcomed us warmly; from the very beginning, they were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The location is enchanting: dining with a view of the sunset and the flamingos is truly unique. The food is excellent, with meticulous attention to detail and prepared with quality ingredients. At the end of the evening, when it came time to pay the bill, the owner (who learned we were celebrating our anniversary) gave us a wonderful surprise, offering us a bottle of sparkling wine. A truly thoughtful gesture, and one we truly appreciated! Thank you for a wonderful evening, and we'll see you again soon! ❤️

This restaurant was recommended to us by a relative, and since we were in the area, we took the opportunity to try it. The restaurant is in a super strategic location, right on the Adriatica state road, making it easy to reach. It has a large reserved parking lot and is right next to the Cervia salt pans. On the one hand, this location is extremely picturesque; on the other, I admit that we had some problems with insects outside. I really appreciated that the wait staff, seeing us struggling, suggested we move to a more sheltered outdoor area (and we actually had a much better experience). The menu is extremely rich and varied, and I admit that I had a hard time choosing which dish to order because everything was so inviting. In the end, we opted for a cold mixed appetizer (really delicious; you could taste the freshness of the fish, and the flavor combinations were anything but banal), and the Mafalda gratin (very good; the breading was extremely crumbly and soft, and the fish was delicious, but personally, I found €26 a bit too much). For dessert, we had a chocolate mousse and a lavender crème brulee (delicious, with a silky texture and a wonderful aroma). Another thing I really appreciated was the wait staff: they were incredibly attentive, kind, polite, and helpful. I also really appreciated the "historic" aspect they strive to preserve after so many years in business. The prices are highly recommended. The fish is not only incredibly fresh and of excellent quality, but the preparation is also truly excellent; you can sense the extreme care and attention they put into every dish. The portions are also generous. We'll definitely be back!

A restaurant with a capital R. We've been coming here for as long as I can remember, and it always manages to please the whole family. Kudos to Roberto and his entire team, who make you feel right at home, from the kitchen to the service. The dishes and pairings are never boring, for those who want to eat good seafood.

As a resident of Cervia, I'm kicking myself for never having been there before... the food is excellent, the prices are really good and the portions are generous. The staff and the owner were attentive, kind and very friendly. Thank you again for the surprise for my birthday and my mother's ☺️ see you soon!

È sempre un piacere tornare in questo locale, che ha un'atmosfera del tutto particolare. Piatti ben curati con accostamenti davvero gustosi. Personale preparato e molto gentile. Semplicemente TOP !!!

Sono stato a cena, ho ordinato cozze rosse e una grigliata mista di pesce. Cozze spettacolari e grigliata mista molto buona. Forse unica cosa avrei preferito un pochino più di varieta magari con qualche gamberone e non solo pesce gratinato, ma comunque era molto buono. Servizio eccellente.
