A place run with passion that is passed down from father to son, simple cuisine but with sincere flavors and always well-prepared dishes. Attentive and punctual service, very pleasant outdoor area. Good value for money.

For years, whenever I've been in these parts, I stop here at Al deserto. I come back to eat their spaghetti 🍝 clams, raisins and pine nuts... the hot appetizers are very good, the cold ones a little less so, the fried food with polenta is excellent, and the Lambrusco and popcorn dessert is a real treat, I hope to come back soon.

We've been wanting to go there for a while.. Starting from the location, a simple but at the same time refined and elegant place with a beautiful garden overlooking the Cervia salt flats. Superlative staff, a rarity these days, smiling, kind, capable and friendly, a greeting to the legendary Pier, always attentive and on the ball. Superlative food!!!!!!!!! Traditional dishes enriched with aromas and flavors that marry perfectly with the raw materials used of exceptional quality. A positive note also for the desserts, delicious! We will return to taste the first courses that we were unable to try this time. È sempre un piacere tornare in questo locale, che ha un'atmosfera del tutto particolare. Piatti ben curati con accostamenti davvero gustosi. Personale preparato e molto gentile. Semplicemente TOP !!!

Le saline offrono al locale un ambiente unico! D'estate si puo' mangiare anche fuori! L'insalata di polipo e fagioli mi ha stupito, tenero e abbondante una vera prelibatezza, per chi è indeciso gli antipasti freddi misti sono una vera scoperta seppia polipo baccalà mantecato e tanto altro ...non finisce più e per chi ama il caldo io ho assaggiato la zuppa cozze vongole gamberi e tanto altro... una vera delizia! Il personale è veramente unico, attento e preparato, per non parlare del titolare Roberto sempre presente e in grado di aiutarti nella scelta dei piatti. Primi da leccarsi i baffi e una scelta di secondi eseguiti ad opera d'arte. Chiude il pranzo un dolce da non perdere al lambrusco con sopra una cascata di pop corn glassati, e la lista dei dolci non finisce qui! Ritorneremo!
