At Cuoco di Bordo the atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, ideal for a romantic evening or a dinner with friends. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the service impeccable. But the strong point of the place is undoubtedly the cuisine: a true explosion of flavours.

Al Cuoco di Bordo l’ atmosfera è intima e accogliente, ideale per una serata romantica o una cena tra amici. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile, il servizio impeccabile. Ma il punto di forza del locale è senz’altro la cucina: una vera esplosione di sapori.

It's not the first time we choose this restaurant. The quality of the fish cooked in a particular way is undoubted. Unfortunately this time we were struck by the superficiality of the service: having booked a table on the veranda, they welcomed us with the knowledge that they had reserved a table for us inside and only because we pointed it out, after several minutes of waiting, they made us sit at a table as agreed. The chef who usually goes around the tables, passes through the room several times, paying attention only to some tables and not even greeting us or others. The service is truly inadequate for a place that gives itself that type of tone and could easily support it.

Food is a good 4.5/5 stars, the quality of the fish is great. However, the service was so unprofessional and awkward, it left the table blush. The two guys should really use a course for waitressing, not even a “thanks” or “please”, running without listening to the clients’ orders. We were ordering wine and the guy didn’t wait for us to tell him the end of the name or the date ( as there were 5 of the same wine from different years), we had to stop him to clarify and he was really rude. The only good one was the young girl.
I would not recommend or come back because of the service.

No but, seriously, in few places you get a chance to eat seafood as fresh and well prepared as you do this place. I’m amazed. Congratulations to the chef!

I had a really good time in this place, the service guys are attentive, polite and quite professional.
The environment is refined, convivial and a touch romantic.
Definitely a recommended place for crudités enthusiasts but the rest of the menu offers interesting options, refined but without exaggerating.
I appreciated the portions of the individual dishes which make the price decidedly fair.
I would definitely return if I were to return to Sanigallia.

Great seafood restaurant. Excellent from A-Z. Tiny note: there are no Cola, Fanta or other sodas. The wine list is huge. Big cinema!
Quando si ha una stella da difendere occorrerebbe impegnarsi di più . Servizio da ristorante normale, hanno proposto a tutti i fuori menu tranne che a noi, forse perché non siamo clienti abituali e mai lo diventeremo, evidentemente. Abbiamo preso un menù degustazione con i crudi
Buoni ma non da ricordare. Poi un primo con l'aglio nero, buono ma non eccezionale . La cosa migliore è stato il carpaccio di pesce iniziale. Il dolce un gelato tipo cart D'Or . Prezzo in linea con la stella . Peccato ero stato a mangiare 20 anni fa ed era stata una esperienza molto positiva.
