It's not the first time we choose this restaurant. The quality of the fish cooked in a particular way is undoubted. Unfortunately this time we were struck by the superficiality of the service: having booked a table on the veranda, they welcomed us with the knowledge that they had reserved a table for us inside and only because we pointed it out, after several minutes of waiting, they made us sit at a table as agreed. The chef who usually goes around the tables, passes through the room several times, paying attention only to some tables and not even greeting us or others. The service is truly inadequate for a place that gives itself that type of tone and could easily support it.

Food is a good 4.5/5 stars, the quality of the fish is great. However, the service was so unprofessional and awkward, it left the table blush. The two guys should really use a course for waitressing, not even a “thanks” or “please”, running without listening to the clients’ orders. We were ordering wine and the guy didn’t wait for us to tell him the end of the name or the date ( as there were 5 of the same wine from different years), we had to stop him to clarify and he was really rude. The only good one was the young girl.
I would not recommend or come back because of the service.

No but, seriously, in few places you get a chance to eat seafood as fresh and well prepared as you do this place. I’m amazed. Congratulations to the chef!

I had a really good time in this place, the service guys are attentive, polite and quite professional.
The environment is refined, convivial and a touch romantic.
Definitely a recommended place for crudités enthusiasts but the rest of the menu offers interesting options, refined but without exaggerating.
I appreciated the portions of the individual dishes which make the price decidedly fair.
I would definitely return if I were to return to Sanigallia.

Great seafood restaurant. Excellent from A-Z. Tiny note: there are no Cola, Fanta or other sodas. The wine list is huge. Big cinema!
The chef restaurant in Bordo does not need any judgments, it is truly number one thanks Angelo and all the staff

Ons bezoek aan het restaurant Cuoco di Bordo was eerder een teleurstelling.
Het was er een drukke bedoening zonder dat dit echt nodig was.
Vooral de bediening kan veel beter. Zo hebben de kelners weinig contact met de klanten en onze kelner had zeker geen kennis van de door ons gekozen wijnen. Zo kregen wij tot tweemaal toe een verkeerde fles voorgeschoteld!
De bereiding van de gerechten konden ons niet echt bekoren. Wij hadden eveneens onze bedenkingen over de versheid van de verse garnalen. De pastagerechten waren niet verfijnd, vlak van smaak en aan de zoute kant.
Zeer interessante wijnkaart.
Niet goedkoop.
Conclusie: geen uitschieter…

Premettendo che siamo stati bene, l’ambiente è accogliente e il cibo buono, sono rimasta comunque un po’ delusa .
Rispetto alle recensioni lette e alla presentazione che il locale offre attraverso il sito internet mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.
Abbiamo preso una degustazione di crudo e un primo piatto … tutto buono ma niente che ricorderò per originalità, presentazione o gusto particolare.
Rapporto qualita prezzo nella media : un buon locale come tanti altri in zona ;)
