Saturday night dinner for three. A beautiful setting for this place run by a group of young people. We ordered after 30 minutes, after waiting over 20 minutes for the menu. Our table wasn't even set with a paper placemat, but they charged us a cover charge, which was hilarious. The cutlery was brought to the table wrapped in little paper packets: my cutlery (which arrived without a placemat after 50 minutes of sitting) was dirty with pizza residue, another packet was fine, and the third was without a napkin. The pizza was, incredibly, charred on the top, but half raw on the inside. We ate because we were hungry, given the late hour (an hour for three pizzas; the surrounding tables were already eating or had finished, so that's inexcusable). Before the pizza, I had actually ordered agnolotti, but it turned out they were out of stock, which they should have told us right away when they handed us the menu, given the generally indecent waiting times. Along with the pizza, we ordered fries to eat with it, but they arrived before the pizza and were cold, and before they even brought us drinks. We also ordered Nutella pizza for dessert, but they forgot to mention it on the order. At that point, we asked the only waiter who seemed active, and he said he'd take care of it and make it himself. The Nutella pizza for dessert was excellent and perfectly cooked. I'm giving it 3 stars just for that. Being young and enthusiastic is great, but that doesn't mean they handle things tragically, serve raw pizzas, and leave you sitting there for an hour without even serving you a drink. I should point out that if it had been up to me, I would have gotten up and left without even ordering. I think the pizza issue depends on who makes the dough and bakes it, since the sweet one was excellent. Mosquitoes eat you alive and even fall into glasses and food. There are no countermeasures, so it's a good idea to bring bug spray.
