A refined restaurant in the hills of the Friulian hills, immersed in a splendid landscape of meadows, woods and delicious vineyards; a place where you will be welcomed with kindness and will find genuine food, based on tradition and with great attention to both presentation and preparation. Wine, obviously, exceptional. Highly recommended.

There are many good restaurants in Friuli, and Al Cjant is certainly one of the best. The Sgubin family ensures a relaxed atmosphere in a great ambience and excellent food with excellent wine accompaniment. Plus good service and fair prices - simply perfect.

An intimate, relaxing place, good food but… But know that if you think you'll get up with a full belly, that's not the case. Speaking of the first courses, the pheasant ravioli and the old recipe cjarson are both super.

The Il Cjant dal Rusignul restaurant in Dolegna del Collio offers an elegant experience with a refined environment both outside and inside. The service is very attentive and professional, managed by female staff. The dishes are gourmet in presentation and of good quality, although personally I expected a stronger flavor considering the price. The wine list is exceptional and very varied. In summary, it is a recommended place for the atmosphere and the quality of the service and the wine list, while keeping in mind that the prices are medium-high and the taste of the dishes could be delicate for some. But it is an experience that I definitely recommend trying.

È sempre un piacere ritornare in questo ristorante inserito in un’oasi di pace. Ambiente raffinato , elegante e accogliente. La sala da pranzo è arredata con gusto e a tavola non mancano dettagli che fanno la differenza. Grande ospitalità, servizio curato , piatti gustosi e sapientemente preparati . Ottimi i vini della loro cantina. Nadia una perfetta padrona di casa.

A few steps from the Slovenian border, the "Al Cjant dal Rusignul" restaurant represents an excellence of Friulian cuisine. The dishes are original.. the wine is certainly the best in the entire Friuli Venezia Giulia region.. the service is excellent. The welcoming place at affordable prices.
