It's a small place with just a few tables, but the deal that allows you to order a drink or cocktail accompanied by cicchetti (€1 each) from a wide selection is very popular. Great for a snack while you chat.

A real locals’ bar — laid-back, full of life every single day! The vibe is unbeatable, the prices are shockingly good for a big city, and the atmosphere? Pure Trieste! If you don’t come here, you’re missing out on the best spot in town. I’ll be back. Again. And again. And again!

The place is always packed. Finally, after several attempts, we managed to find a spot for an aperitivo. The cicchetti are excellent! Wide selection of wines. But don't go there, or we won't find a seat ;-)

grande varietà di ciketi (piccole fette di pane farcite con salumi vari, alici e burro, lardo...). fanno anche panini. buona scelta di vini. solo un tipo di birra e niente birra analcolica. bellissima atmosfera .

04/11/2025: Great place! We spent a long time looking for a place to get deep-fried seafood on a Tuesday evening. Everything was delicious! We got takeout, and they packed everything in a large paper bag (a high-quality one). For me, that's customer-focused. I highly recommend it!

02/10/2025: Sicilians on vacation in Trieste, we have some excellent ice cream shops in Sicily. Being a pastry chef as well, I was fascinated by the layout, cleanliness, and order... The ice cream, of course, was amazing. 😋😋 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... 😉👍🏼
