The pizza by the slice is definitely better than many you'll find in restaurants, especially in downtown Olbia. My husband and I now go there once a week, or almost. Unlike many other pizza by the slice places, you take a number upon arrival, so no hassles with scammers. They bake the pizzas right before your eyes, and you can see them being made through the glass, so no frozen foods and no rip-offs. The prices are more than fair, both for the pizza and the drinks. Definitely worth a try.

Talking only about the price would be unfair (1,80 is chocking cheap ... ) The taste is great , balance between cheese , sauce and crisp was great They always cooking freshly No pre cooking or so This place look like a childhood memory for the resident of olbia

I've known IL CICLOPE for 40 years or more, and every now and then I can't help but go there... The taste of their pizza hasn't changed over time... Always the same flavor that takes you back to when I was a kid... Top Top Top

02/10/2025: As soon as you step inside, it feels like you've entered a bygone era: vinyl records, an organ, a turntable...and beautiful '80s music playing in the background. The dishes are anything but predictable, crafted with exceptional artistry and truly delicious. The staff is very friendly. There's an outdoor terrace where you're immediately greeted by a breathtaking view.
01/10/2025: We visited the restaurant yesterday for the first time and we were very happy with our choice. It's a very lovely place with many beautiful details, the service was very friendly and especially the food was very good and special. We can highly recommend this restaurant, thanks a lot for our nice last evening on sardinia at this beautiful place!

19/09/2025: We had an excellent meal at this restaurant. Even though I don’t typically eat much seafood, I was pleased to find that the restaurant offers excellent vegetarian menu options alongside its seafood specialities. The atmosphere was fantastic and really added to the overall experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We tried their special house cocktail, which was absolutely delicious! We opted for the “Coast to Coast” 4-course menu; every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. The only thing to note is that the restaurant is located a bit outside the city centre - we paid around €30 for an Uber back to Olbia centre - but the quality of food and service made it completely worth the trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a memorable dining atmosphere!
