The appetizers are excellent, as are the first courses with "real" truffles from Emidio's (the restaurant's owner) truffle grounds, and even those with crayfish sauce! The second courses, tender and perfectly cooked, are especially noteworthy, accompanied by fresh, crisp salad and tomatoes from his garden! We always have a chat with Emidio... he makes you feel right at home, pampered at the end of the meal with ferratelle, amaretti biscuits, and homemade liqueurs.

The staff were truly wonderful, it felt like home. We had the pappardella with mushrooms and truffles, which was excellent in every way, and the mixed grill was also very good.

The pictures speak for themselves: typical trattoria dishes, hearty and just the right amount of flavor. Very good in their simplicity, like homemade ones. The best dish is the pasta with truffle, but even the baked trout is as good as the sea bream or sea bass you might find at a seafood restaurant.

The rustic and pleasant outdoor setting, quiet and nestled in the mountains (the Stiffe Caves waterfall can be seen in the distance), made for a truly peaceful atmosphere. The extremely kind owner let us taste his truffles, which were unique and more delicate than what we're used to. Everything was as it should be, simple and delicious. Highly recommended! See you soon!

Rustic atmosphere. Friendly staff and a charming owner. We had bruschetta and pasta with truffles. I've never had grated truffle on pasta; it's usually shaved, and I didn't notice any distinctive flavor. The dish was average, lacking the distinctive aroma and flavor of truffles; it was rather tasteless. A shame. But it's an average restaurant, and looking at the dishes at the adjacent tables, they looked truly excellent and tasty.
