From the welcome to the menu, everything at this restaurant is authentically genuine and delicious. The platter of local cured meats and mountain cheeses was a journey through the flavors of Carnia. The tagliatelle with freshly picked porcini mushrooms was undoubtedly the best we've ever tasted. The dessert of strawberry grape panna cotta rounded off an experience we can't wait to repeat! Congratulations, keep up the good work! See you soon!

A place with a homey feel, serving traditional Friulian cuisine that's reminiscent of grandma's. Generous portions, fair prices, and consistently friendly service, with a smile and plenty of willingness to offer advice. The wait can be a bit long, but it's more than worth it with the authentic, tasty dishes: the frico, perhaps the best I've ever had (after grandma's!). The atmosphere is family-friendly, intimate, and warm. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely return, even with a group.

I highly recommend stopping to eat at this place for the goodness of the dishes (the frico with polenta and the potato ravioli are exceptional) and the friendliness of the staff.

16/02/2026: For those seeking excellent tartare, this is the place to be in Udine. We tried the meat tartare, and the quality was excellent: fresh, flavorful, and with a perfect consistency. ​What I appreciated most was the wide variety of options on the menu, allowing you to explore different tastes without ever getting bored. I particularly appreciated the balance of flavors: the seasonings are carefully chosen and expertly measured. They complement the dish and enhance the cut of meat without ever overpowering its flavor. ​An excellent gastronomic experience for those who love clean flavors and high-quality ingredients. I will definitely be back to try the other options.
