Suggestive place, located immediately under the Caetani Castle. The owner is a very kind and courteous person with the customers. We were there on Sunday 18 May, we were immediately welcomed with the smile that is due not to guests but to friends. The table service was punctual and precise and the dishes halfway between tradition and innovation. They are also professional truffle hunters, so I highly recommend tasting the truffle-based dishes too.

Ristorante a gestione familiare piedi del Castello di Sermoneta. Abbiamo provato diversi piatti, tutti straordinari, in particolare quelli con funghi e tartufi locali. Famiglia di tartufai, raccolgono principalmente per il ristorante, quando il prodotto è abbondante lo vendono anche in un negozio di prodotti tradizionali in centro storico.
Tagliolini fatti in casa con porcini (raccolti in stagione e conservati sottovuoto) e tartufi, filetto con tartufi e porcini (carne pazzesca, tenerissima). Tutto indimenticabile!

Their dishes are really very good,
The service is excellent, we had a really smart girl on her first job who served us with courtesy.
The owner is also very courteous.
Unfortunately it cannot be reached by disabled people and the bathrooms are not accessible to disabled people with wheelchairs.

Il personale tutto gentile e disponibile, con la giusta attenzione al cliente.
I piatti fantastici e tipici.
Stra consigliato l’antipasto del castello con prodotti locali e una bruschetta con un olio di serie A.
Molto molto buoni anche gli strozzapreti di Sermoneta.
Ci torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare i secondi.

Wonderful experience in a welcoming and familiar environment. Fast service, excellent food, trofie with ragù and buffalo meat, for the first time I tasted this typical dish and I loved it... regardless of the label I enjoyed the slipper with the abundant seasoning. We'll see you again soon.

We ate really well, a nice, tasty and rich appetizer, the first courses with pasta made to perfection... We ate outside close to the castle walls... Beautiful.

Found by chance and passing through to go to the castle, we had lunch in this restaurant.
The friendly and extremely helpful staff also kindly welcomed our dog with a bowl of fresh water.
The spaghetti with truffles is excellent, the scamorza is always with truffles, the bread is delicious, thank you.
