Stumble by mistake upon it, but it was an amazing experience. The food, the people and the locations made it all worthy. If you are in area don’t miss it. Try the local vines.

Last week we spontaneously decided to go to Ristorante Al Castello one evening. This restaurant is highly recommended in autumn. It wasn't busy, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was excellent. We had a wonderful evening there with good wine and delicious food.

A big thank you to the service. We left our last cash there to pay the bill and then had none left for the parking fee. They helped us without hesitation. The service was also excellent! 11/10 The food was also great, pizza nice and thin. Pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. Can anyone reserve a table inside? It's very touristy and crowded outside, but it's super nice inside.

At Ristorante Al Castello, they make a very good pizza, especially the seafood and mountain pizza with porcini mushrooms and shrimp. The prices are a little above average. The restaurant is very unique, located inside the Scaligero Castle.

Heerlijk gegeten samen met mijn vrouw en dochter van 1,5 jaar. 2 x picanha en eenmaal de “kinder” spaghetti. Goede fles Ripasso erbij en afsluiten met een prima tiramisu en espresso. Bediening was professioneel en ging heel erg leuk om met mijn dochter! Ondanks de drukte in het hoogseizoen!

28/11/2025: If you're looking for a place where the sauce smells like grandma's... you've come to the right place! This trattoria is a blast from the past, but with its heart firmly planted in the present: genuine products, authentic flavors, and a welcome that makes you feel part of the family (the one that cooks well, not the one that fights at Christmas).
30/09/2025: A very pleasant evening, with traditional dishes, good wine, and the host's entertainment as a side dish. It's hard to find another like it. Recommended.
