Rustic and home-made environment, normal menu, nothing exceptional, tasty appetizers, poorly seasoned maltagliati with wild boar and overcooked pasta, mixed grill, apart from the steak which was quite decent, the rest was a bit dull, good desserts. Price a little high for what we ate....

Ordered dishes arrived in various batches, and only after a long time did they inform us that what we had ordered was out of stock... Angry cook who treats waiters badly... The food is average without infamy or praise, the price is adequate for the quality of the food. Maybe we weren't lucky....to be reevaluated.

At the casone the third group nothing is missing from breakfast to aperitifs... Service 9 the staff from 10 friendly and nice.. And as for the food quality price from 10....simply unique

We ate here while passing through 7 years ago and were very impressed and thought it was very good. Just stopped for lunch two weeks ago on the way to Piombino for nostalgic reasons.. The charm and atmosphere was still the same as back then, I love it. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has deteriorated extremely. The salad and fries were just too small a portion for the price. The roast beef was ice cold and very dry and in some places it was past its best. The Cacio e Pepe were too al dente and, despite Pepe, not peppery at all.. you can't talk about Cacio either... they were really the worst I've ever eaten.. Wine was okay.. we should have left it as a memory and not eaten there again.

From the waiter to the food, a fantastic evening, we felt comfortable laughing and joking. Very honest price and food with generous portions. Recommended place for those who want to eat and feel good.

I am a customer by chance, and for the first time in my life I understood what a trattoria is, not like those in Milan, but a place where they welcome you with a smile, serve you good food and, refreshed, you are ready to continue the path.

Found by chance, nice location, eating let's say that the grill is overcooked because they use pre-cooked, the herbs sautéed cold but it's OK with this suffocating heat they are willing to eat, in the context the food is good enough to return to try other dishes

Il posto è spartano davvero, con lunghe panche e tavoli in legno, tutto all'aperto, come una sagra di paese. Il cibo, molto rustico e con materie prime di alta qualità, è davvero ottimo e la simpatia del cameriere è qualcosa che val la pena provare! Consigliatissimo!

27/10/2024: We went to this tavern encouraged by the positive reviews. Despite being a little perplexed when we arrived, from the outside it looks more like a sports bar than a restaurant, we decided to stay and we did very well! Rustic environment, certainly not suitable for those with a stink under their nose, but welcoming. A true old-time tavern with straw chairs, wooden tables and dishes that taste like they have been lived in. Everything is characteristic, even the bottle of wine or the hangers hanging here and there. We took a Tuscan appetizer divided into two consisting of cured meats, cheeses, tripe and croutons. Some tagliatelle in cinta ragù (space!!!) and a pork stew (always divided in two) with fried polenta. Two desserts, water, wine and coffee. 60 euros total for a meal to remember. Well done girls! We will be back soon!!!
15/09/2024: A real tavern with a typical bar. Like once upon a time. Excellent food. Super special mention for the stewed ribs and the cinta ragù. The girls, very young, are delightful. My 5 year old daughter Claudia has already asked when we are coming back.

25/09/2024: Beautiful discovery, farmhouse in total tranquility and surrounded by nature. Polite and professional staff. The cleanliness of both the common areas and the rooms was excellent. Very good breakfast with products they produce. The dinner menu offered by the house is also very good. Large free parking reserved for customers. Excellent value for money.
30/08/2024: We highly recommend it for the tranquility and beauty of the place, kind staff, tidy, clean structure and satisfying breakfast. Excellent and relaxing swimming pool. Unfortunately we stayed for only one night 08/19, heading to Rome. Recommended for motorcyclists as the road to get there is very fun and scenic.
