I WENT THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME ON THURSDAY FOR A THEMED EVENING WITH RISOTTO SERVED AND PAIRED WITH THE RIGHT WINE.
ALL THE STAFF WERE AWESOME, TRAINED, AND VERY COMPETENT.
I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN BECAUSE THE DINNER WAS A CULINARY JOURNEY ACCOMPANIED BY IMPECCABLE SERVICE.
I RECOMMEND IT, DEFINITELY A MUST TRY AND THEN RETURN. THE LOCATION AND ITS OWNERS, WHO TAKE CARE OF EVERY DETAIL, ARE WORTH IT.

An unforgettable evening at Al Casello Restaurant in Retorbido! The risotto-themed dinner featuring Calatroni wines was a unique and delicious experience. Excellent food, impeccable service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Last night we had dinner at this restaurant, recently run by acquaintances of my husband. The place is clean and very unique (bicycles of various types and eras hanging on the walls). The owners are young, but eager to work hard and improve upon the restaurant's recent reputation. The dishes are both traditional, but with the chef's expert touch, and innovative, expertly crafted.
We each had an appetizer, a first course, a second course, and dessert, and we left feeling comfortable.
The bill was fair, commensurate with the quality and quantity of the dishes we consumed.
Come on, guys, we wish you the success you deserve with your determination and hard work!!

A peaceful corner near and overlooking the hills.
A new discovery, we'll definitely be back! Very knowledgeable about spirits and whiskeys too! Well done! The staff is kind and helpful, but above all attentive!
